Return Policy
1. An RMA# (Return Material Authorization) issued by Customer Service must accompany all returns to Vasomedical. Returns not accompanied by an RMA# will not be accepted by our Receiving Department.
2. All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance, by Vasomedical, at the Westbury facility. The product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging, whenever possible.
3. No returns will be accepted 30 days after invoice issued.
4. The customer must pay for return freight and insurance; no CODs will be accepted.
